Rosy Jobfish Sunday was a good day on the water as Tony Shark (left) from the Waterfront Hotel Fishing Club can testify. Regardless of the lumpy conditions his group did well on their Cougar Too trip to Chardon's Reef and Tony's 6kg Rosy Jobfish was one of the standouts.
Greg Lacey, right, proprietor of Davo's took the family out to Borumba Dam on Sunday afternoon. In between just relaxing and generally sightseeing Greg and the kids caught and released half a dozen Bass, the 800gm specimen Greg's pictured with being a pretty good example.

Davo's staffers Carlo Morgan (below left) and Michael Geary (below right) usually get a couple of hours in the estuary before work but last Sunday, just for a bit of a change, they joined forces and tackled the Tuna boils in Laguna Bay.

Both anglers were armed with Innovator 6/7wt fly outfits and were casting Surf Candy flies. Between them they caught and released half a dozen Frigate and Mackerel Tuna (top weight 5kg) during a productive one and a half hour session.
